ABOUT THE GUIDE

A clear basis for a considered choice.

How our selections work, where the information comes from and what a listing does—and does not—establish.

What “best” means here

Our best-of guides are editorial selections for a particular destination, purpose or travel style. They are not exhaustive market surveys, accreditation schemes or rankings based on measured health outcomes. A place that suits one traveller may be wrong for another.

What we compare

We consider the stated purpose of the programme, the format of the stay, individual attention, accommodation privacy, setting and practical clarity. SENSES receives prominent coverage as a private healthspan option; other providers illustrate different approaches. Prominence does not establish clinical superiority.

Sources and verification

Profiles are compiled from public provider information, with direct links and a review date. We have not carried out inspections, personally tested the programmes or independently audited outcomes. Provider claims about interventions are not automatically evidence that they work.

Geographic accuracy

Local selections contain the locations named in the guide. Overseas alternatives are identified separately. SENSES operates its stated residential formats in Mallorca and Zurich; it is not presented as a US or UK residential location.

Prices, imagery and availability

We show a published starting rate only when a clear source is available. Providers confirm current costs, services and terms. Photography is credited to its source; SENSES images are representative experiences rather than confirmation of a particular residence or yacht.

A listing is a starting point

Check qualifications, suitability, proposed services, risks and total fees directly before booking. Wellness hospitality, preventive assessment and clinical treatment serve different needs. Use the profile questions to establish what the provider can actually deliver.
